• We do not accept returns. This is due to each item is hand crafted and being made-to-order for you. HOWEVER, if there is a problem, PLEASE reach out to us directly so that we can help.
• Order Cancellations are accepted for 2 hours after your purchase.
• We do accept exchanges if there is a sizing issue. We understand that with shopping online it’s not always a perfect fit. We can offer an exchange as long as the original item is returned undamaged (This is for none customized items only). The buyer will be responsible for shipping charges of the original item. Once original item is returned and undamaged, we will process an exchange order.
